The History Trail - Stories of The Past, Paintings of The Present

Building on the success of The GLAD TO BE IN CHORLTON Exhibition at Chorlton's Big Green Festival, Andrew Simpson and I have decided to do an ongoing Exhibition called the History Trail Starting 10th May 2012. This carries on the story of Chorlton that started with The History and The Paintings of Beech Road and focuses on specific venues throughout Chorlton. There are 6 venues at the moment each one has its own specific story told by Andrew with Paintings by me.
There are Pubs, Gift Shops, Cafes, Coffee Shops and Bars, there is no set route so dip in and out when you like. But be sure to visit them all to get the full story and see the paintings.
If you want to see more paintings of Chorlton you will find them dotted about in Pubs, Bars Cafes, Coffee Bars and even the local butchers.
Watch out for Andrews book Chorlton-cum-Hardy A Community Transformed. Due out in September
